For scheduled services, we require at least 24 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Cancellations with less notice may incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather conditions, with no penalty to either party. We will contact you to arrange an alternative time as soon as practicable.
Payment is due within 14 days of invoice unless otherwise agreed. For ongoing maintenance contracts, payment may be arranged via direct debit. We accept bank transfer and major credit cards.
Overdue accounts may incur interest at the rate of 2% per month. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts more than 30 days overdue.
vague-ridge maintains comprehensive public liability insurance and workers compensation coverage. We exercise reasonable care in performing our services.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the cost of re-performing the relevant service or providing a refund for that service.
