Do you provide same-day service?

For emergencies like storm damage, we do our best to respond within 24 hours. Regular maintenance is scheduled in advance to ensure consistent service.

What happens if it rains on my scheduled day?

Light rain does not stop us. Heavy or persistent rain causes rescheduling, and we will contact you to arrange an alternative time that same week.

Do I need to be home during service?

Not at all. Most clients provide gate access and we complete the work whether you are home or not. We send a completion notification afterward.

Are you insured?

Yes. We carry comprehensive public liability insurance and workers compensation coverage. Certificates available upon request.

How do you handle green waste?

Standard service includes removal of all clippings and debris. Large volumes from cleanups may incur a disposal fee, which we quote upfront.

What payment methods do you accept?

Bank transfer, credit card, and direct debit for ongoing maintenance plans. Invoices sent via email with 14-day terms.
